ISOMER is a multicultural society and welcomes all Muslims, irrespective of ethnicity or race. Our membership consists of ordinary and foundation members. Each membership has different rights and entitlements, as outlined below.

Ordinary Membership
Ordinary members may participate in community activities and they may join a sub-committee. They are not eligible for the Committee of Management. They do not have the right to vote in an election or on changes to the Constitution.
Can I apply to be an Ordinary Member?
To be an Ordinary Member you must:
Be a single Muslim who is aged 18 or above OR a Muslim family (family should consist of a husband and/or wife and their children under the age of 18).
Pay the Ordinary Membership fees, on an annual basis. Failure to pay membership may result in your membership being cancelled.

How do I become a member?
To become an Ordinary Member, you need to complete three simple steps.
1- Download and complete the Membership Application Form
2- Submit the Membership Application Form to ISOMER.
3- Pay the membership fees to ISOMER, on an annual basis.

Foundation Membership
Foundation Membership
ISOMER has limited the number of Foundation Members to 300. If you are an Ordinary member and fulfill the criteria below, you may apply for Foundation Membership
Foundation members have the right to vote and to be elected on to the Committee of Management.
Can I apply to be a Foundation Member?
To be a Foundation Member you must:
Be an Ordinary member for 2 years with no outstanding ordinary membership fees.
Apply for foundation membership and obtain approval for your application from a minimum of 65% of the existing foundation members, at the AGM.
Pay your Foundation Membership fees, on an annual basis. Failure to your membership fees may result in your membership being cancelled.
